If you open up the file PoserFiles.exe.config you will see the following:

<connectionStrings>
<add name="PoserFiles.My.MySettings.PoserFilesConnectionString"
connectionString="Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=C:\PoserFilesDB\PoserFiles.mdb"
providerName="System.Data.OleDb" />
<add name="PoserFiles.My.MySettings.PoserContentConnectionString"
connectionString="Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=C:\PoserFilesDB\PoserContent.mdb"
providerName="System.Data.OleDb" />
</connectionStrings>

As you can see the database location of the databases are specified here (this is standard .NET configuration). You can set the location of your database here.

You must also change the following lines as well:

<applicationSettings>
<PoserFiles.My.MySettings>
<setting name="ImageDirectory" serializeAs="String">
<value>C:\PoserFilesDB\IMG\</value>
</setting>
...
<setting name="DataDirectory" serializeAs="String">
<value>C:\PoserFilesDB\Data\</value>
</setting>
